Terms and conditions

1. The agency will work at it’s best to provide the family/employee with a suited applicant.

2. All information received verbally and written documentation will be dealt with extreme confidentiality. All documentation will be kept safe within “Completes nanny/au-pair agency”.

3. Once au-pair/nanny/housekeeper have been accepted by the family the agency will not be liable for any short termination of contract by the candidate due to dispute with the family, lost or damage/injures arising from any applicants.

4. All fees are paid to the agency once an acceptance have been received from both parts before a placement is officially made.

5. The agency will check and verify all reference received, but it is not a warranty as to the suitability of the au-pair/nanny/housekeeper.

6. It is extremely crucial that once a date have been fixed and confirmed with the candidate (au-pair/nanny/housekeeper) and there after cancelled by the client at short notice, a fee to a maximum of £40.00 will be made payable to the agency and all expenses paid to the candidate by the family.

7. As an agency which operates an equal opportunity policy reserve the right to withdraw any candidate if dishonesty been reported by the family within 2-4 weeks in written in such cases a replacement will be made free of charge.

Fees for families

1. Au-pair fees
- au-pair(summer) £100
- au-pair up to 5 months - £150
- au-pair(non drivers) longer than 5 months - £280
- au-pair(drivers) longer than 5 months - £315

2. Nanny/housekeepers fees
- full time nanny/housekeeper - £300
- part time nanny/housekeeper from £150- £250
In some cases fees may vary depending on the circumstances.

3. The baby sitting is subject to availability.
- Booking fees is from £8.50- £12.00
£12.00 is the maximum required fee for urgent/ last minute booking.
